Make your business communicate better

Providing advanced communications technology with world-class standards.

Contel Communications, Inc., is a telecom company owned by the Concepcion family, and with a congressional franchise to operate a nationwide trunked mobile radio system using its assigned 800 Mhz radio frequencies. It has been operating since 1991 serving key industries like the Government, Manufacturing, Airports, Seaports, and Tollways. It has been the preferred two-way radio provider for national events such as the ASEAN summit, Papal visit, and the SEA Games.

In 1962, Jose Concepcion Sr., founder of Concepcion Industries Inc., and Robert W. Galvin, son of the founder of Motorola, agreed to have a partnership in the Philippines. This gave birth to Contel.

Contel aims to be a leading and respected global information technology and communications company in the Philippines through providing world-class products and services that make a difference in every business.

Contel looks to harness the power of information technology and communications

We are the pioneer in trunk radio communication, a system that promoted productivity and efficiency when they provided the government sector with clear, long-range, interference-free, and secure two-way radio communications in 1991.

Since then, Contel has been delivering such services to different sectors of society from the government to the businesses. Its commitment to service and excellence can still be seen today, as it’s striving to improve its services by adapting to the ever-changing landscape of how the world works. It aims to expand its reach to be able to reach more sectors of society, even after more than 30 years.

We offer worry-free radio services using digital, analog, and push-to-talk-over-cellular (POC) technologies through outright purchase or rental of radios. We also supply communications systems and equipment from Motorola, Hytera, and Virtual Trunk.
